4-11-2003, Robert Last Friday was symbolically a friend’s last night of freedom. He wasn’t getting married for a couple of weeks, but there’s no harm in celebrating a little early, is there? We took him to dinner, then we went out for a little excitement. (warning: stereotypical male viewpoint below, wahoo) We ventured to American Bush (to those of you unfamiliar with Salt Lake City, it’s a strip club). No, it doesn’t live up to its namesake anymore, nor does it serve liquor nowadays. That’s what I get for living in Utah, right? The concept of the night should be pretty simple. My god, there were some sexy women dancing around on the stage. There’s just something special about women in high heels (and very little else), gyrating very provocatively on stage right in front of me. These girls have a special place in my heart… er something like that. Each girl was more attractive than the next. I enjoyed the performance of a stripper doing her thing to Orestes, by A Perfect Circle. Another woman sang as she stripped to Tribute, by Tenacious D. She’s seared into my mind. Ah, strippers in “fuck me” heels, being amazingly erotic, dancing to Tenacious D. Stripper dreams are good, it all provides for a nice fantasy. That was my second time at a strip club. The first, in Vegas a couple of years ago, wasn’t terribly appealing. The girls didn’t appear to want to be there at all, and it probably didn’t help that I was sick. This time, the women had a blast. Mmm… strippers rule, I just need to get some in front of my camera now. |
