8/4/2002 – Robert I hate Kidney Thieves. The Kidney Thieves show for August 15th was just cancelled. I don’t even know why this time, but tickets are going to have to be refunded. Before recently, I loved Kidney Thieves, hated KMFDM. Why do I hate KMFDM? Because Kidney Thieves were opening for them a month ago and they decided to cancel their show… hence no Kidney Thieves performance. Tonight I’m spiteful, hence this webpage. I didn't even get to pay for my ticket this time. They were going to do a solo show. Once again, my hopes were raised: their first show was cancelled, getting a second show within a month was impressive, and I had really gotten excited about having a second chance of seeing them play. I really enjoy the music, plus the lead singer is a hottie. Of course, there's a third chance. They're touring with Tommy Lee. They'll be here on the 15th in Park City. Ew... Tommy Lee. There's no way in hell I'd stay for the main act of that one. Well Kidney Thieves, you’ve made it onto my shit-list. Thanks a lot for letting me down, again. You’ve made me bitter and you ruined my night. Since I don’t know why you cancelled your show, I place the blame solely on you. Your canceling your show made baby Jesus cry. |
