Pride Parade – 2011, a set on Flickr.
These photos were taken at the Pride Parade in Seattle WA in June 2011. I was marching with the King County Democrats. I got plenty of shots of the dems, plenty of shots of others too.

I did another round of photos for Umami Kushi at Sake Nomi in Seattle WA in May 2011. Harold’s the chef and his food is delicious! The new photos (plus all the old ones) are in the set posted to flickr.
I did some volunteer work for Habitat For Humanity this past weekend. It was a great experience, definitely very rewarding. The people actually doing the building are some true heroes. They dedicate their time and expertise to provide housing to the poor. I encourage you to check out Habitat For Humanity (Seattle/South King County’s) website and lend them a hand someday.

Chef Harold from Umami Kushi asked me to photograph for him at his latest event at Sake Nomi. With the offer to be stuffed silly with delicious food and sake, how could I resist? I had a blast photographing these and I hope going through these photos will make you hungry.
